OUR NEEDS TO SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS

Our move to a larger facility in order to increase the number and types of programs that we offer has created a need for a lot of things and stuff to make it all work. Currently the funding that we raise through memberships, sponsorships, donations and grants does "help" us to keep our doors open, the building warm, the lights on, and all of the other operating expenses paid. However, we never seem to have sufficent funding for the "things and stuff" we need for program support and for our badly needed building remodeling. It is for this reason that we are posting a list of our needs. We do hope that you can help out.

NEEDED VOLUNTEER TIME

Adult/Teen - Help with front desk activities - from 3-5 PM (Mon through Thursday) even if just for one day a week

Adult/Teen - Help monitor after school activites - from 3-5 PM (Mon through Thursday) even if just for one day a week

Adult/Teen - Help monitor and assist in art department classes for after school programs. even if just for one day a week

Custodian (s) evening clean up

Instructors - some contracted instructor positions are available

NEW PROGRAMS IN DEVELOPMENT

The Coquille Arts and Education Enhancement Center and Coquille Together, both local 501 (c) (3) nonprofit foundations will combine their resources to develope three new program. They are: The BIZ KIDS of Coquille and The Coquille Youth Technology Center. Details about thses programs and how you can help can be found by clicking on the title in the far left side panel. Please check the "Our Needs" page to see how you may help us make our programs available to our local youth.

VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBER OPENING

There is an opening on the CAEEC Board of Directors.
